1. Eligibility

2. Services

AgeReverse-RX provides a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed clinicians for weight-management consultations and, when clinically appropriate, prescription of GLP-1 medications.

Our services include:

• Online medical consultations with licensed physicians
• Prescription of compounded or brand-name GLP-1 medications when medically appropriate
• Delivery of prescribed medications through licensed pharmacy partners
• Ongoing clinical oversight and treatment adjustments

Not all patients will qualify for treatment. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating clinician based on a medical evaluation.

The information on this Site is for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All medical decisions are made by licensed clinicians based on individual patient evaluations.

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

5. Payments and Billing

By subscribing to a treatment plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.

Fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless you cancel.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Complaints Policy.

6. Cancellation

You must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your billing cycle.

7. Compounded Medications

Some medications prescribed through our platform are compounded by licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

They are prescribed when a clinician determines they are appropriate for the patient.

These medications may differ from commercially available products in formulation, route of administration, and strength.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading health information
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Share or transfer prescribed medication
• Disrupt the Site’s functionality
• Use bots or scraping tools
• Impersonate another person

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AgeReverse-RX or its licensors and is protected by law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgeReverse-RX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgeReverse-RX from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Sussex County, Delaware.

You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
